We understand that getting the stock from your supplier to your retail outlet is time-critical. Brand Club has an effective and simple process for selling stock. We aim to process your order as quickly as possible adhering to all the necessary authorizations that guarantee you a safe purchase with authentic goods. 

Delivering your order

You can either collect your garments from our showroom or we can arrange delivery for you. In addition, we can help you source the best option for shipping your stock. If you wish to arrange your own delivery, we will be happy to work with your courier. 

ORDERING FROM US

1. We will register your company with us. You will also continue to receive details of our latest stock offers.

2. If you are ordering by email or telephone, we will supply you with the stock images and breakdown.

3. We will supply you with a purchase order.

Your goods will be shipped once we have received cleared payment. Please note that all prices are quoted “ex works” (all prices are quoted without delivery). We can arrange delivery for you or work with your preferred carrier.

Orders placed before 4:00 p.m. EET will be processed the same day and completed as soon as possible. Expedited order management can be arranged for visitors to our showroom.

How to Pay for your order

We will supply you with a pro-forma invoice to make payment using your preferred method: bank transfer, escrow, Visa, debit card, PayPal, Western Union, and checks. Payment is subject to bank clearance and authorization.

To sell stock to us, please provide us with as much information as you possibly can. We require a full-packing list, pictures of the stock, and a catalog of the associated season, if available. If you are a retailer, agent or distributor, we require evidence of authenticity. In addition, alert us to any restrictions in terms of market distribution for the items.
